The Black Friday Sale!

November 25, 2020 By Jennifer H. Yates Leave a Comment

25 Nov
Black Friday Sale

I’ve never done this before, simply because I keep the prices on my books so low already that it’s just not practical to do so.

I want everyone to be able to afford to at least download the Kindle version of my books so they can grow their faith, so I keep the prices low. But I also have many expenses involved in this ministry, so I have to charge enough to keep going.

But this year I made an executive decision to offer all my print books at 30% off (except Just Like Us, which was already priced so low that at 30% off, Amazon wouldn’t even print it. It’s now as low as they will allow to actually produce a copy!).

I decided to change the prices this year from now until Cyber Monday on the print versions so that as many people as possible will have the opportunity to purchase and give these books as gifts.

You may ask why I would price the books so low that I make no money on them. The answer is simple: I believe in their message.

I believe that the message of these books is so valuable that it has the power to change lives. That’s because these books are all based on the Word of God.

In Just Like Us, you’ll encounter through the women of the Bible our God’s surpassing love for us. His Word overflows with the answers our hearts hunger for in this life.

  • Learn how to find your deepest contentment in God.
  • Understand your eternal value in a temporal world.
  • Know your purpose in a world of confusion.
  • Deepen your faith in God in a world of doubt.
  • Discern His truth in a world of lies.
  • Gain courage in a world of fear.
  • Embrace hope in a world of despair.

Drawing Ever Closer is a 365-day devotional on the wisdom and poetic books of the Bible–Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, and Job.

In these 365 devotions you will

  • Discover the heart of worship.
  • Learn how to walk in wisdom.
  • Understand your purpose in life.
  • Explore love and passion.
  • Gain a godly perspective on pain.

Inside Out and Upside Down is a 7-week Bible study that explores the Gospels to teach timeless truths about what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus and live within the kingdom of God.

  • Understand the difference between outward religion and personal relationship.
  • Learn how to find satisfaction in Christ alone.
  • Discover God’s purpose for community through the local church.
  • Explore the counter-cultural kingdom of God.
  • Assess the costs and the benefits of kingdom living.

Let’s Run! is a 6-week Bible study that explores the faith chapter of Hebrews by taking us back to the Old Testament and the stories of some ordinary people who faced enormous challenges but managed to stay in the race.

This Bible study will give you not only a look at their lives, but also an opportunity to apply the same principles of faith to your own life, to keep you in the race and running toward the prize.

  • Discover how worship and the Word can help your faith grow.
  • Learn how to apply these principles in your own life, family, and church.
  • Develop a strategy for handling challenges to your faith.
  • Gain a new perspective on church and ministry.

And my best-selling book to date is Seek Him First: How to Hear from God, Walk in His Will, and Change Your World.

With over 200 reviews, Seek Him First has struck a chord in many who realize that making our relationship with God our first priority is the secret to a fulfilling life.

Seek Him First has been written to show you exactly how you can seek God and find the direction you need. This book is for those who know God has a plan for their lives but don’t know how to make it a reality from day to day.

In the pages of this book, I will show you how I learned to spend time with God every day. You will learn to

  • Commit to a daily quiet time even if you are short on time that will stir up a hunger inside of you for more of God.
  • Learn to recognize God’s voice through His Word.
  • Get on mission with the God of the universe and watch Him change your world.

I would love to provide these books at this low cost all the time, but I wouldn’t have the funds to continue to create content to help others grow. So, my gift to you is to offer them at 30% off for Black Friday/Cyber Monday so that you can get the best savings possible in time for Christmas.

Don’t miss your chance to stock up now for family and friends. In my humble opinion, there really is no greater gift to give than a book that helps you grow in Christ.

Sale ends Monday at midnight, so grab your copies now.

Everybody knows New Year’s resolutions are just promises made to be broken. I stopped making them a long time ago. But evaluating my spiritual life and doing a priority check? That’s something worth taking the time for as we begin a new year.

You want to study the Bible and grow your faith. I
You want to study the Bible and grow your faith. I know you do. And I know you want to start 2021 with a daily Bible habit. I also know that even when your heart is right, life can often get in the way.

Groceries must be shopped, laundry folded, homework checked, meals prepared, work done, relationships built, ministry carried out. And even when we have the best of intentions, it’s really hard to stay consistent with an in-depth Bible study.

But when we don’t stay in the Word, we don’t grow. Relationships are harder, work suffers, real ministry is impossible, and our hearts grow discontent. That’s because apart from HIM we can do nothing. And His Word is the truth we need to walk in day by day.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way. You don’t have to just settle for the crumbs from the Master’s table. That’s a lie from the enemy. Instead, you can sit down and feast on His Word. Even if you are super busy.
